Kick Off Hour (Brought to you by Denver Beer Co, Peach Street Distillery, Holy Cross Winery) featuring appetizers: Tostones with asian portabello escabeche  //  Wonton chip with tropical fruit salsa, sriracha powder  // V egetarian samosas and mango chutney

 1st Course (Atticus) -  Colorado sweet corn flan with a crispy rice noodle salad

2nd Course (Ace Eat Serve and Fuel Café) - Green mango and papaya salad, with fresh herbs // Marinated tofu drunken noodles with growhaus greens

3rd Course (Coohills and Colt & Gray) - Pa jun (charred scallion pancakes) // Oi-soibagi (cucumber kimchi) pyogobusut-tangsoo (sweet and sour mushrooms) haystack mountain chèvre, seitan bulgogi // Miso yaki onigiri (miso grilled rice balls), with kinpira gobo (simmered burdock root and carrot)

4th Course (Vine Street Pub and Stoic & Genuine) - Cauliflower variations: goat’s milk ghee, Roasted coriander vinaigrette, cardamom puffed barley // grilled fennel-yogurt naan bread, sour mango & lime maldon salt  //  bagara baingan- rich hyderbadi eggplant curry  // cashews, fresh coconut, tamarind // Tamarind date chutney, spicy tomato chutney, raita

5th Course (Linger and Rootdown) - Kabocha squash custard, coconut black sesame merengue, chocolate nori granola and carrot coulis
