The rivalry continues! Join us for another match between beer and wine. Saddle on up and mosey on down as six chefs have created a SEVEN course menu that will challenge our brewers and winemaker to create the perfect pairing.

Appetizers: White bean cake with braised beef ankle, pickled nopales, & fried frisée  //  Cornbread ‘pigu’: chevre & hotchkiss  peach jam // Wild west ‘funyun’: onion chip, sour cream, yeast, chive  // Tuna crudo, sage & crispy mushroom salad, orange saffron yogurt

1st Course: “chuckwagon” antipasta: surryano ham, sorghum brown bread, heirloom apple butter, pickled eggs, cottage cheese

2nd Course: serape soup: hatch green chili consommé, prickly pear caviar

3rd Course: spaghetti western “pasta” : fried mac & cheese, granata farms pickled peppers, housemade hotsauce

4th Course: primi (for the city-folk) :roasted pork belly, tomato, nicoise olive & bookcliff vineyards malbec ragout, quail egg, whipped basil parmesan purple potatoes, green beans

5th Course: ride off into the sunset: olive oil cake, black olive tomato jam, white chocolate fennel cremeux
