Cocktails Hour (Brought to you by  Dancing Pines Distillery, Great Divide Brewing, Left Hand Brewing, Guy Drew Vineyards) featuring duck sausage, tempura and pine. house ketchup // foraged wild mushroom, pine syrup, coffee sponge, sorrel  // colorado striped bass & haystack goat cheese tartine  // bean acres crabapple salad, marbled rye, tender belly bacon, celery // smoked colorado striped bass with cucumber, chili, and buttermilk 

1st Course: cafebar : corn, squash, heirloom tomato fricassee, with hissop custard // fresh baked bread for tables

3rd Course: Beatrice & Woodsley : trout fricassee with yogurt, cucumber, zucchini & dill over warm quinoa & collard greens salad with pickled grapes & padron pepper puree

4th Course : Panzano : lamb croquettes, mint salsa verde, roasted baby veggies
